We are currently recruiting for a well-established law firm in Nottingham that is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic residential conveyancing team. The Role: As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist in managing a caseload of residential property transactions, providing essential support to fee earners. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Drafting legal documents, conducting title checks, and preparing contracts. Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide timely updates. Supporting fee earners with case management and administrative duties. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies. Maintaining accurate records and case files. Requirements: Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar legal support role. Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in case management systems and IT literacy.
