Radis recognises each person as an individual and provides a unique service that is tailored to their specific needs and a consistent approach throughout their life. Responsibilities Work alongside Managers of the Supported Living Services to oversee the smooth running of the services, completing regular audits, checks, supervisions, spot checks, updating and reviewing support plans, and working to ensure that individuals achieve their outcomes. Schedule and allocate work to the Support Workers, support with medication, personal care tasks, and cover shifts within the services. Manage the hours split between care hours and office hours, including alternate weekends. Qualifications Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health issues. Previous experience as a Team Leader is essential. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (working towards Level 3). Good written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn in line with clients’ needs and expectations. Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check. Drivers’ licence required due to localities.
