Working days: As a Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work 5 days per week. Salary package on offer: Competitive basic salary OTE £50,000 - £70,000 Fantastic Commission Structure Car allowance starting at £150 per month. Possibility of a 3 month guarantee period. Career progression Ongoing training & support Qualifications Sales negotiating experience of a minimum of 1 year. A driven and ambitious attitude Good knowledge of the local area Clean driving licence & own vehicle Key duties Coordinate and conduct property viewings. Help propel business forward. Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors. Registering new customers and understanding their individual needs and requirements. Negotiate offers and reaching the best possible outcome.
