Mobile Building Services Engineer (Mechanical)Mobile Multi skilled Building Services Engineer with either electrically or mechanically (HVAC) qualified to a recognised level (City & Guilds). You will undertake scheduled Planned Maintenance and reactive requirements in and around your assigned sites, highlight the need for repairs, and submit & undertake quotations for any necessary remedial work accordingly.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance within your assigned buildings by the required attendance dates.Update the Legal compliance documentation via a tablet to a high standard.Provide job/quote updates to satisfy the internal CAFM system which provides live updates to clients.Manage your time, workload, and communicate to your lead engineer on a frequent basis.Be part of a callout rota after successful probation period (currently 1/8 weeks).Work a reasonable amount of overtime as necessary to satisfy contracts that can only be serviced OOH due to occupancy.LocationLondonHours of WorkFull time hours with overtime availableEssential Skills & QualificationsExperience performing works with HVAC plant & equipmentExperience in general building services industry and relevant qualifications (e.g., emergency light testing, L8 awareness, plumbing repairs etc.)Recognised qualification in at least one maintenance/engineering disciplineAbility to carry out repairs/replacements of plant, fixtures and fittings as requiredAbility to carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures and fittingsOrganise various housekeeping tasks and arrangementsGood communication & basic understanding of ITMust be willing to work overtime regularly to satisfy contractsFull UK driving licenceBenefitsHoliday allowanceDevelopment and trainingPension enrolment after 3 months service360 wellbeing benefits and discountsContactAmi will answer your questions. ami.beale@cmsl.co.ukSeniority LevelAssociateEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionEngineering, Management, and OtherIndustriesSpecialty Trade Contractors and Repair and Maintenance #J-18808-Ljbffr
