Building Access Business Development Manager Join to apply for the Building Access Business Development Manager role at Eden Rose We are partnering with a national leading Height Safety service provider to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager/Operations Manager – focusing on the South of the UK. Salary base circa £60k plus car package, plus uncapped OTE. This organisation has grown exponentially across the last decade and is considered one of the leading UK players in Height Safety services. With a turnover in excess of £100m, this role will be to join a highly experienced national team in delivering services into end‑user customers across both private and public sector markets. This is a new role to capitalize on market demands and growth opportunities. Services that are delivered in house include Building Access Services such as height safety compliance consultancy, fixed access systems, entry systems, cradles, BMUs, barriers, demarcation systems, rope access systems, hoists, ladders, anchor systems, suspended access systems, fall protections, walk‑ways, PPE and more. You will be a highly experienced professional, client‑facing, with a technical advantage combined a natural ability to influence customers and sell on all levels. This is a key appointment as the business continues to grow and diversify. Customers will be large national blue‑chip level brands and multi‑site organisations across all markets. Services are underpinned with award‑winning delivery models and a growing reputation for certification‑backed FM provision across all disciplines, not just Height Safety.
