Area Site Support Manager Direct Cleaning Services is looking to recruit a suitable Area Site Support Manager to manage the cleaning of several sites within the Reading, Swindon and Gloucester area. Full‑time, average 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Key Objectives Ensure the daily cleaning service is delivered to all sites with full continuity. Act as client liaison on each site and build excellent relations with cleaning operatives, with support from the head office. Accurately compile KPIs using Excel. Maintain a full clean driving licence. Be fluent on Outlook and fully literate on Microsoft Office. Allocate cover for absentees, deploy permanent cover staff and arrange transportation as needed. Monitor stock levels. Provide training and induction to new team members, supported by head office. Record time attendance of employees with electronic devices, monitor and compile data. Identify sub‑standards in cleaning and resolve issues or problems raised. Communicate effectively; will be provided with a laptop, email address and vehicle or a generous mileage allowance. Require knowledge of cleaning, facilities industry or similar management position. Essential Skills & Experience Excellent communication skills. Proactive and able to deploy and oversee employees. Ability to liaise with client representatives and cleaning teams. Current enhanced DBS preferred. We would be looking to start as soon as possible.
