Support Worker
Supporting young people aged 16 - 19 years with Learning Difficulties
Special Needs 6th Form provision
8.30am - 4.00pm Monday-Friday
ASAP startWe are exclusively seeking passionate and professional Support Workers who go all-out to provide the very best care and support for their clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity in Barking and Dagenham within a brand new Special Needs 6th Form School
There are full time and part-time and ad-hoc positions available with working hours being from 8.30am - 4.00pm, Monday - Friday.
If you have had experience in supporting those with Learning difficulties, Mental Health and/or Physical disabilities, then we would like to hear from you.
We are consistently partnering with 'GOOD' and 'OUTSTANDING' provisions.
Support Worker Main Duties:
Working in collaboration with your team to deliver the highest quality of care
Following students specific care plans
Teaching skills for independent living such as cooking, cleaning, shopping
Supporting students social and behavioural developmentSupport Worker Skills Needed:
The ideal Support Worker will have experience working within an assisted living facility, SEN School or Care home and have positive and caring attitude with excellent communication skills.
Reliability and a strong team/work ethic are essential within this role.
