As we scale, we’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and strategic Chief of Staff to work directly with our leadership team and help drive operational excellence. The Role This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to be the right-hand person to our CEO and leadership team. You’ll play a critical role in managing priorities, streamlining operations, and ensuring smooth execution across key initiatives. If you’re a strategic thinker, problem solver, and master of execution, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for the CEO and leadership team. Operations & Strategy: Assist in business planning, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring alignment across teams. Project Management: Oversee critical projects, from execution to follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams, investors, and external partners. Communication & Reporting: Prepare executive reports, presentations, and internal updates. Culture & Team Support: Help foster a high-performance, positive team environment. What We’re Looking For Experience: 3+ years in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar high-level support role (preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment). Organisation & Execution: Lead with efficiency, able to prioritise and execute clearly. Proactive Problem-Solver: Anticipates challenges and tackles them head-on. Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with productivity tools, project management software, and AI-driven workflows.
