We’re looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our front‑of‑house team based in Salford Quays, an area buzzing with activity, ambition and constant movement. You will work alongside seven talented Rapport Ambassadors across five distinctive buildings that anchor this fast‑evolving sector. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors, setting the tone for their entire experience. Your professionalism, warmth and ability to keep everything running effortlessly will help create memorable moments for clients and visitors alike, while you play a key part in bringing people together in a truly inspiring environment. Manage visitor arrivals, access passes and day‑to‑day enquiries with assurance and efficiency. Provide flexible support across several buildings, seamlessly adapting to different front‑of‑house settings as needed. Work closely with security and facilities teams to help maintain a safe, well‑organised and welcoming reception environment. Maintain impeccable presentation standards, ensuring the reception space is always tidy and professional.
