You’ll work alongside seven talented Rapport Ambassadors across five distinctive buildings that anchor this fast-evolving sector.In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors, setting the tone for their entire experience. Manage visitor arrivals, access passes, and day-to-day enquiries with assurance and efficiency. Provide flexible support across several buildings, seamlessly adapting to different front-of-house settings as needed. Work closely with security and facilities teams to help maintain a safe, well-organised, and welcoming reception environment. Maintain impeccable presentation standards, ensuring the reception space is always tidy and professional.
