As a Patient Administrator, you'll be the friendly face and the organisational backbone of our service - ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Main duties of the job Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly first point of contact Handle calls and face-to-face enquiries promptly and effectively Book appointments accurately, prioritizing clinical needs Track and distribute imaging data and reports to referrers Support month‑end admin processes for the management team Process invoices and payments quickly and accurately What we’re looking for Experience in a customer or patient‑focused environment Confidence using Microsoft Office and IT systems Strong communication skills – both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‑skilled team At InHealth, we’re passionate about delivering high‑quality healthcare and supporting our people to thrive.
