Bright Futures Care is a specialist organisation supporting young people and adults with Autism and Learning Difficulties, including those with complex communication, sensory and behavioural needs. We're looking for an HR Administrator to join our friendly and professional HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our people agenda and ensuring our staff receive the very best HR support. Responsibilities Managing the HR mailbox and handling day-to-day queries. Processing employee changes, contracts, and leaver documentation. Maintaining accurate employee records in IRIS HR and producing detailed HR reports. Supporting absence management and ER casework. Assisting with compliance checks, including DBS renewals. Note-taking at meetings such as probation reviews and welfare discussions. Championing best practice and ensuring GDPR and employment law compliance. While previous experience in an HR team is an advantage, it’s not essential - we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed. Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role, Qualifications Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role, Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems. Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. CIPD Level 3 (desirable).
