- Coordinate HR policies, processes, and relevant documents.
- Assist with recruitment procedures and employee onboarding.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and implement development strategies.
- Manage employee records and HR databases.
- Handle workplace conflicts and employee grievances in a professional manner.
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Support other HR projects as needed.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful HR Coordinator should have:

- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in a similar HR role within the media industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
