Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst – Richmond

Job Description Due to continuing success, this asbestos consultancy is currently looking to recruit a hard‑working, experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Richmond area. The role involves covering a range of sites, carrying air testing, managing refurbishment / demolition surveys on both commercial and industrial sites, and monitoring contractors on site. Applications from Hounslow, Kingston upon Thames, Wimbledon, Brentford and the surrounding areas will be considered. Qualifications & Experience Must possess the P402/P403/P404 certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications. Experience working as a surveyor/analyst within the asbestos industry. Experience in asbestos and air testing/monitoring within the asbestos sector. Excellent communication skills. Good working knowledge of asbestos health and safety legislation. Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package. Role / Responsibilities Carry out 4‑stage clearances: smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re‑occupation and personal air testing. Undertake management / refurbishment / demolition surveys on properties including commercial and industrial. Monitor contractors on site to ensure work is carried out in accordance with asbestos Health & Safety procedures. Collate and produce comprehensive asbestos reports. Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients. We are offering an excellent salary, a company vehicle and many other benefits to the right candidate.
