Senior ServiceNow Transformation & Advisory Consultant Infosys Consulting is building a new, pioneering global management consulting capability in the Process Automation and ServiceNow space. We combine world‑class ServiceNow technology services with deep consulting expertise to deliver unparalleled value and differentiation for our clients. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic advisory on process optimization and operating model transformation using the ServiceNow platform. Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions that enable clients’ strategic business outcomes, improving experience, managing risk and streamlining operations. Apply deep industry subject matter expertise across diverse sectors to tailor solutions. Cultivate and expand trusted advisor relationships with clients. Contribute ideas and expertise to grow our global consulting capability and coach colleagues. Support bid responses and identify new opportunities to expand our impact with clients. Required Qualifications ServiceNow mastery – 5+ years of experience in implementation and advisory roles, with hands‑on expertise across at least three core ServiceNow modules. Consulting acumen – 5+ years of client‑facing advisory experience or a strong track record in industry consulting. Sector expertise – demonstrated experience in Financial Services, Consumer Goods & Retail, Logistics and Life Sciences. Certifications – required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). Preferred: two or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in relevant modules. Project leadership – proven experience in project management, agile delivery, business analysis and solution architecture. Change management – experience managing organizational change and driving adoption for technology transformations. Pre‑sales & value articulation – ability to develop use cases, bid responses and articulate solution value to senior stakeholders. Essential skills – exceptional stakeholder management, problem‑solving, analytical thinking and outstanding written and verbal communication skills (C2 proficiency in English and local language). Mobility – willingness to travel to client sites as required.
