Head of Partnerships, EMEA – Feedzai Feedzai is a leader in AI‑powered risk management for the financial services sector. The Head of Partnerships, EMEA will drive the regional partner ecosystem, focusing on global system integrators, OEMs, acquirers, payment processors, hyperscalers, and complementary solution partners. Key Responsibilities Define and execute a comprehensive partner strategy for EMEA. Own sell‑to, sell‑with, and sell‑through motions across GSIs, OEMs, acquirers, payment processors, hyperscalers, and ISVs. Build and nurture executive‑level relationships with strategic partners. Lead partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement programs tailored to regional needs. Drive partner‑influenced and partner‑sourced revenue growth across key verticals. Develop joint action plans with partners focused on pipeline generation and deal acceleration. Expand existing alliances and activate new relationships to broaden Feedzai’s footprint in EMEA. Manage partner governance, reporting, and performance metrics using BI tools and PRM systems. Analyze partner KPIs including activation, contribution to pipeline, and partner NPS. Support marketing initiatives including joint campaigns, webinars, and Feedzai’s executive summit. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or partnership roles within the software industry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Experience with diverse partner types: system integrators, OEMs, resellers, technology partners. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Strategic thinker with methodical execution. Familiarity with AI, big data, and machine learning technologies. Knowledge of the banking and financial institutions industry. Willingness to travel globally as needed. Fluent in English; additional European language preferred. First 30 Days Your first month will focus on immersing in Feedzai’s brand, building relationships with the partner ecosystem, and launching joint go‑to‑market initiatives aligned with regional priorities.
