You will:Build strong collaborative relationships with project teams and key stakeholders—both internal and external—ensuring shared understanding of objectives, reviewing performance, and working together to find solutions.Champion compliance and clarity, supporting adherence to the DBFO contract, defining roles and responsibilities, managing risks and issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records including change management.Shape and implement project plans, ensuring activities are well-organised, properly resourced, and aligned to deliver successful outcomes.Support projects through their full lifecycle, from feasibility and design to construction, contributing to investment proposals that drive value for our clients.Develop robust cost profiles, identifying key risks and resource requirements to keep projects on track.Proactively manage risks and constraints, escalating where necessary and implementing practical solutions to overcome challenges.Work closely with Framework Contractors and Designers, setting clear expectations for health and safety, time, and cost performance, and taking action where needed to ensure success.Drive sustainability initiatives, supporting our commitment to net zero and biodiversity net gain.Collaborate with construction and supervision teams, ensuring permits, certificates, and site reporting are managed accurately and efficiently.Who We’re Looking For – Key RequirementsWe’re looking for someone who brings energy, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
