The Project Coordinator reports to the Head of Projects and works closely with the Evolv Energies Business Development and Sales Manager, as well as the Proposal and Project Managers. The role provides administrative support for the evolv Energies projects and proposals teams. Primary Roles & Responsibilities Support the administration and coordination of project and proposal requirements. Manage invoice processing between projects, finance and clients. Administrative set‑up of proposals and projects including template initiation. Coordinate third‑party contractors to provide timesheets and contract renewals. Attend project meetings and record minutes. Structure and file information in accordance with project/proposal function requirements. Maintain registers to enable efficient delivery of projects. Coordinate travel for project team members. Manage and coordinate project events such as client‑specific visits or requests. Provide local support for tools required for project and proposal delivery – e.g., SharePoint, Word, Excel and other applications. Liaise with IT to ensure new starts have the required facilities and equipment. Support the onboarding process for new employees. Format documents. Prepare weekly reports and presentations as required. Ensure defined administrative processes are followed by the teams. Identify development opportunities to improve existing tools and processes and implement them accordingly. Requirements Can‑do attitude and willingness to work with a team at all levels. Demonstrable experience in a similar role or clear transferable skills. Strong organisational and prioritising skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of IT proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint). Good time‑management skills, being able to prioritise, plan and manage own workload. Experience working in a project‑driven environment and familiarity with budgets and invoicing. Knowledge of document control process and systems.
