Pertemps Scotland Ltd are working with our client in Edinburgh or Glasgow to recruit for a** Project Coordinator **on a temporary basis for 6 Months with potential extension.

This role can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow with a degree of hybrid working.

**This attracts a day rate of £243 (Inside IR35)**

As a Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the Project Delivery Manager and the Project Lead in order to ensure the effective undertaking of business delivery activities required to support the devolution of three disability benefits.

**Main Duties**
- Build and maintain good working relationships within Service Delivery and wider SG teams / functionalities. This will involve leading on arrangements for key joint DWP / SG meetings by coordinating meeting agendas and papers, taking minutes and monitoring progress of agreed actions;
- Contribute and take lead on a wide range of activities required to support regular disability benefit checkpoint meetings with DWP project teams, such as, collation of information, chasing of actions and updating plans
- Support with the control of all documentation and file management of joint products and documentation with DWP
- Provide advice and guidance on the function of the DWP Project Engagement Team, including supporting internal communications
- Support the team with preparation for design updates for internal SG boards e.g. BDA / TDA / Delivery Board
- Provide support to the Product Lead as directed to ensure the effective management of day to day activities within the team that support the devolution of three disability benefits.
**Essential**:

- Strong organisational skills, adaptable and able to deliver to agreed timescales and deadlines.
- Able to build professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to identify and source relevant information to produce concise, well-structured and accurate written and numerical work.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office systems, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience of maintaining Project documentation within or alongside project delivery.

Disclosure Scotland Certificate alongside BPSS Security Clearance will be required if successful
