If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you’ll play an important role in helping our existing customers scale while managing requests and closing deals from a large book of accounts. You’ll build a great foundation of knowledge across our product platform and internal sales processes while partnering with Support, Order Management, and Marketing. You’ll also gain experience qualifying and routing inbound prospects to an aligned Account Executive. Ultimately, this experience will help you serve customers efficiently and support your own career development in Sales. As a founding member of this new team, you're adaptable and eager to contribute to how the strategy of this function evolves over time. This is a full time role that can be held from our London, UK hub. What you’ll do at Figma: Communicate with existing customer accounts through email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma’s platform and pricing Close inbound sales requests for growing subscriptions Lead inbound billing requests (such as processing renewals and changing payment term/method) Close targeted outbound account renewals Qualify and route inbound sales requests from net-new prospects to an aligned Account Executive Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns that improve expansion/retention across all products We'd love to hear from you if you have: Desire to build a career in Sales, ultimately working towards Business Development Representative and Account Executive roles at Figma Strong technical proficiency with ability to learn new products, processes, and policies Consistent record of prioritizing by urgency/impact of tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Proven track record to initiate tasks independently and adapt swiftly to feedback Inherent curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: B2B SaaS experience Exposure to or interest in product development and web-based collaborative tools Multilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
