Inbound Sales Development Representative (London, United Kingdom) Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Our platform helps teams bring ideas to life—from brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, to iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. What you’ll do Communicate with existing customer accounts through email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma’s platform and pricing. Close inbound sales requests for growing subscriptions. Lead inbound billing requests such as processing renewals and changing payment terms/methods. Close targeted outbound account renewals. Qualify and route inbound sales requests from net‑new prospects to an aligned Account Executive. Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns that improve expansion and retention across all products. We'd love to hear from you if you have Desire to build a career in Sales, ultimately working towards Business Development Representative and Account Executive roles at Figma. Strong technical proficiency with the ability to learn new products, processes, and policies. Consistent record of prioritizing by urgency/impact of tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proven track record to initiate tasks independently and adapt swiftly to feedback. Inherent curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning. Preferred (not required) B2B SaaS experience. Customer‑facing Sales or Support experience. Exposure to or interest in product development and web‑based collaborative tools. Multilingual (Spanish or Portuguese).
