This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys functional and technical problem-solving across Finance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain operations. You’ll be responsible for supporting and optimising core business applications, enhancing ERP functionality, and delivering IT solutions that improve operational efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with UK teams, global IT, and external vendors. Gather and document business requirements; collaborate with stakeholders and vendors Support, maintain, and enhance ERP and business applications (Sage 200, Dynamics AX 2012, Exceedra, Q-Pulse, Office365) Develop reporting and analytics using Power BI and IBM Planning Analytics Manage IT governance: supplier relationships, portfolio oversight, and security Lead continuous improvement and change initiatives Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA; occasional out-of-hours support Work closely with global IT and UK business teams to align system capabilities with business priorities Conduct site visits (~20%) to understand operational needs and system utilisation ERP expertise: Sage 200 and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing) Strong functional knowledge across Finance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain processes Experience with Power BI and IBM Planning Analytics Familiarity with tools such as IPA, Exceedra, Q-Pulse, Office365, OpenText/GXS EDI, Salesforce, Dynaway EAM, Axtensions ISV, Atlas Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and problem-solving ability Quarterly bonus scheme Inclusive, autonomous working culture Career progression opportunities (UK & overseas) Enhanced pension contributions Access to the Thrive wellbeing app Long-service recognition every 5 years Life assurance (up to 4x salary) Free onsite parking 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Proactive.IT Appointments Ltd. by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
