📣 ERP Support Analyst – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Support Analyst to join their team ASAP. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys functional and technical problem-solving across Finance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain operations.🔎 Role OverviewYou’ll be responsible for supporting and optimising core business applications, enhancing ERP functionality, and delivering IT solutions that improve operational efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with UK teams, global IT, and external vendors.🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirements; collaborate with stakeholders and vendorsSupport, maintain, and enhance ERP and business applications (Sage 200, Dynamics AX 2012, Exceedra, Q-Pulse, Office365)Develop reporting and analytics using Power BI and IBM Planning AnalyticsManage IT governance: supplier relationships, portfolio oversight, and securityLead continuous improvement and change initiativesResolve incidents and service requests within SLA; occasional out-of-hours supportWork closely with global IT and UK business teams to align system capabilities with business prioritiesConduct site visits (~20%) to understand operational needs and system utilisation💡 Skills & ExperienceERP expertise: Sage 200 and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing)Strong functional knowledge across Finance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain processesExperience with Power BI and IBM Planning AnalyticsFamiliarity with tools such as IPA, Exceedra, Q-Pulse, Office365, OpenText/GXS EDI, Salesforce, Dynaway EAM, Axtensions ISV, AtlasExcellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and problem-solving ability🎁 BenefitsQuarterly bonus schemeInclusive, autonomous working cultureCareer progression opportunities (UK & overseas)Enhanced pension contributionsHealth cash plan (dental, vision, essentials)Access to the Thrive wellbeing appLong-service recognition every 5 yearsLife assurance (up to 4x salary)Free onsite parking25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
