We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a sheet piling and earthworks package on a civil engineering project in Haywards Heath. This is a site-based role, reporting to the Director and will suit someone with strong experience in piling, earthworks and ground engineering environments. Key Responsibilities Setting out for sheet piling and associated works (piling positions) Maintaining accurate site records and as-built surveys Working autonomously from drawings Managing QA documentation, ITPs, and daily reporting Monitoring tolerances, pile positioning, and alignment Liaising with subcontractors and ensuring work is carried out safely and to specification. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Engineer in piling and earthworks Strong knowledge of sheet piling techniques and temporary works Proficient with Leica or Trimble instruments and AutoCAD - all applicants MUST be able to provide their own kit CSCS card required; SMSTS / SSSTS and First Aid preferred Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with site teams.
