Business Development Manager – Belfast (Hybrid) Hubexo is a data‑focused construction industry insight provider. We help suppliers win work, grow revenue, and plan for the future. We’re looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team in Belfast. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll own the full sales cycle—from first contact to close—and play a key role in shaping our UK growth story. Location: Belfast  Hybrid: 3 days in the Belfast office, 2 days from home About you: You’re commercially curious, motivated, and love seeing results. You have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, a proven record of hitting targets, and confidence in both communication and presentation. You’re proactive about learning, comfortable using CRMs (Zoho experience is a plus), and eager to grow. Experience in the construction or SaaS sector is a bonus, not a requirement. What you’ll do: Drive new business by engaging with B2B decision‑makers in the construction sector Lead confident, value‑driven conversations that uncover customer needs and challenges Deliver product demonstrations that show the difference Hubexo data can make Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in Zoho CRM Present and negotiate proposals that turn prospects into long‑term customers Close deals confidently across phone, video, and in‑person meetings Exceed activity and revenue targets through focus, energy, and ownership Why Hubexo: We’re not here to coast—we’re here to challenge, grow, and build better.
