Financial institutions with more than a quarter of the world’s institutional assets use CDP data to inform investment and lending decisions.About the TeamThe Sales function drives sales of CDP products to new customers, renews existing accounts and identifies greenfield opportunities. It collaborates closely with Marketing & Communications and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experience.About this roleResponsible for instilling best practice across the Sales team for P&L hygiene, sales tracking, forecasting and ACV. Owns processes of collecting revenue data, intelligence gathering on revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, process automation and CRM optimisation. Works closely with the CRO to build excellent revenue and P&L hygiene. Hybrid, in the office minimum 2 days per week.What you will doTimely production of reporting (pipeline funnel, key sales KPIs, forecast, data audit)Revenue planning: support strategic planning cycles with data‑driven insights, forecasting models and scenario modellingProcess optimization: identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the revenue lifecycle and drive continuous improvementCRM: drive adoption of D365, user training and system integration strategiesSales data quality: ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data across systems, enforce data hygiene practices and governance protocols in partnership with Data GovernanceLeadership & stakeholder collaboration: act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on RevOps best practicesSupport the Finance team to provide regular KPI and forecast updates aligned with financial cyclesContribute to an effective, engaged team through clear objectives, open and honest conversations, inclusiveness, and living CDP’s valuesExternal stakeholdersLimitedInternal stakeholdersMarket Directors, Sales & Renewals, Leadership Team, Finance, Customer Success, M&C, Technology and ProductWe’re looking forDemonstrable experience in a RevOps position within a large organisation with multiple products, services and marketsStrong analytical, data‑driven skills – advanced proficiency in D365, Excel and Power BI is a mustStrategic mindset with operational execution, comfortable navigating ambiguity and setting structureCRM & tool proficiency – deep knowledge and experience implementing RevOps tools from ground upCross‑functional collaboration – proven success working with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, Finance; excellent stakeholder management and communicationProcess‑oriented & systems thinker – ability to design scalable solutions where systems intersectCommercial acumen – understanding of SaaS or data business models, recurring revenue, GTM levers, pricing strategies, customer segmentation and monetisationSelf‑motivated, thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environmentsRelevant degree or equivalent experienceLanguage proficiencyFluent in one or more local languages.Benefits & ExpectationsSalary band: £39,525 – £59,288.
