Early Years Practitioner

Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £14.00+ per hour (Level 3) / £13.69 per hour (Level 2)
Hours:(08:00– 18:00) Monday - Friday
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our warm and nurturing early years setting. The role involves delivering safe, high-quality education and care for young children, acting as a key worker, recording developmental progress through Tapestry, implementing early years policies, and ensuring all statutory and legal obligations are met.

Applicants should hold a relevant early years qualification, ideally at Level 3, or be willing to work towards this. Our setting provides a caring, supportive environment for children aged two and a half and above. We pride ourselves on offering a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere where children can grow in confidence and independence. The team is committed, experienced, and passionate about giving every child the best possible start. Staff wellbeing and development are highly valued, and we are continually striving to enhance our provision.
