This role focuses on helping travelers enjoy well-organized, thoughtful, and enjoyable travel experiences while you work remotely from anywhere. Key Responsibilities: Experience Design: Assist in tailoring trip suggestions based on client interests and travel styles. Booking Support: Help manage reservations for hotels, transportation, excursions, and packages. Client Engagement: Maintain communication, provide updates, and support adjustments. Supplier Coordination: Liaise with travel providers for availability and accurate information. Travel Documentation: Deliver itinerary summaries, confirmations, and destination details. Quality Oversight: Ensure details are correct, timely, and well-organized. Travel Knowledge Development: Stay informed on trends, destinations, and travel logistics. Qualifications: Hospitality, customer service, or travel experience is helpful but not required. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple planning tasks simultaneously. Comfortable with online tools and remote communication. Self-directed and reliable. Genuine interest in travel and client care.
