Over the past two years, we have successfully grown our global sensory research business to the point where we need a Client Manager, based in Europe, to help support this growth.This is a pivotal role in Kantar’s growing global Sensory Research team. As Client Manager, you’ll be supporting European-based global clients and collaborating with our AU/NZ Sensory Centre of Excellence and local Innovation teams. Your work will directly influence how leading FMCG brands understand consumer preferences and shape their product experiences.What you’ll be doingWork closely with Global Client Directors and local innovation teams to support the identification and delivery of sensory research opportunitiesContribute to client conversations, including supporting pitches, proposals, and presentations for global FMCG clientsCollaborate with the UK Innovation team to help win and deliver sensory and consumer research projectsDesign and manage sensory studies that meet client objectives and deliver actionable insightsSupport the development of sensory capability in the UK to enable delivery of both global and local projectsThe skills & experience needed as5+ years’ experience in sensory and consumer scienceProven ability to design and manage sensory research projectsExperience working with FMCG clients and understanding their business challengesSkilled in project planning, budgeting, and managing timelinesComfortable working in cross-functional teams and contributing to a positive team cultureAbility to work with team based in Australia through meetings contribution to projectsAbility to work on global projectsWe shape the brands of tomorrow by better understanding people everywhere.
