Lunchtime Supervisor Swansea Location: Primary School in Swansea Contract: Part-time, Term Time Only Hours: Typically between 11:30am – 1:00pm (exact times may vary depending on school needs) Start Date: ASAP We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team. This role is key to ensuring our pupils enjoy a safe, happy and well-supervised lunchtime. Key Responsibilities Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground and indoor areas Encourage positive play, inclusion and good behaviour Support pupils with lunchtime routines, including helping younger children Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils Provide basic first aid for minor incidents (training provided) Communicate any concerns or incidents to senior staff We Are Looking For Someone Who: Enjoys working with children and has a kind, patient manner Is dependable, punctual and able to work well in a team Can use initiative and remain calm in busy situations Promotes positive behaviour and safe play Understands the importance of safeguarding (training provided) How to Apply Apply now, or email your CV to lunchteam@swansea-scho.school.
