The role-holder will provide strategic support with the planning and delivery of BD initiatives for this core group and play a vital role in shaping the firm’s success.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with partners and senior lawyers to develop and execute strategic BD initiatives.Focus on key client relationships and client targeting programs, including identifying cross-selling opportunities within the group and the wider firm.Collaborate with international teams to deliver internal strategy events and client conferences.Support the planning and delivery of targeted marketing campaigns and events to raise the group’s profile and win new business.Work closely with the digital marketing team to create and manage content for digital channels.Lead on Tax pitches, advising on pitch strategy, help prepare pitch documents, manage rehearsals for new business pitches, and perform pitch debriefs.Identify opportunities to network and raise lawyers’ profiles with clients and prospects.QualificationsPrevious experience working within a legal / professional services environment.Manager level experience, ideally with experience of working internationally.Comprehensive understanding of marketing & BD processes including new business processes, digital marketing, CRM and emerging technologies.Strong consultative listening skills, to negotiate, persuade and manage stakeholders.NotePlease note: Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
