This role will start on a supply basis, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent depending on performance. About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support children and young people with a wide range of special educational needs Work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored learning and behavioural support Confidently manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all pupils Support the implementation of IEPs and track student progress About You We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with SEN pupils Can demonstrate calmness, patience, and resilience in challenging situations Has experience supporting young people with challenging behaviourCommunicates well and builds strong relationships with pupils and colleagues Is committed to helping every learner reach their full potential Why Work with Empowering Learning?
