COMMERCIAL MANAGER at The Window Centre We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to take ownership of our department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our team as we continue to grow and deliver high-quality projects. Location: Midlands, UK Position Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of commercial operations, particularly focusing on windows and door installations, curtain walling, and structural glazing. Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints. Collaborate closely with Surveyors and Sales personnel to oversee domestic projects on-site and manage office-based work. Utilize your knowledge of Aluminium, u.P.V.C, and composite products to guide project execution and decision-making. Ensure compliance with general building practices and health and safety regulations. Qualifications And Experience Proven experience in commercial management within the construction or building industries. Strong background in window and door installations, curtain walling, and structural glazing. Sound knowledge of Aluminium, u.P.V.C, and composite materials. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Previous experience in health and safety roles or relevant qualifications is a bonus. Excellent communication and man management skills.
