We no longer sponsor the LPC, but if you are offered a training contract to start in 2027 or 2028 and have not yet completed the LPC, we will sponsor you to undertake the SQE. You must successfully complete both SQE1 and SQE2 before starting your training contract. We encourage you to submit your application as early as possible. For some office locations, we operate a rolling recruitment process and may close ahead of the advertised application deadline. To minimise unconscious bias, we use an anonymised screening process when reviewing applications. You may submit only one application per recruitment round for any of our training contract opportunities. All successful applicants are required to complete the group's employment screening process to meet our standards in relation to honesty and integrity, protecting the interests of the Group, colleagues, clients, partners and other stakeholders. This includes pre‑employment screening for eligibility to work in the UK, a criminal record check, and financial checks completed by trusted third parties. The process fully complies with Data Protection and other applicable laws.
