What you will do Assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including falls, frailty, neurological conditions, and postural management issues. Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Work autonomously in the community to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community services to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements of the Occupational Therapist Must hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy. Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist is essential, with a preference for NHS experience. HCPC registration is required. Experience in community settings, particularly in community rehab, is essential. Competence in working with neurological conditions. Ability to work independently and reliably, covering Hull and the East Riding area. Capacity to travel as part of the role.
