This post is responsible for the management of Lands team and transactions on behalf of the Council. To be responsible to the Head of Corporate Governance for the overall management and professional oversight of the Council’s Land and Public Right of Way portfolio and to provide effective leadership to the Compliance (lands) and Public Rights of Way Team. Please refer to Council website for a full description of the duties - ardsandnorthdown.getgotjobs.co.ukResponsibilitiesThis post is responsible for the management of Lands team and transactions on behalf of the Council.To be responsible to the Head of Corporate Governance for the overall management and professional oversight of the Council’s Land and Public Right of Rights of Way Team.Skills and QualificationsDegree or equivalent Level 6 qualification in a relevant subject area e.g. law, compliance, land and property management.Two years’ practical and relevant experience of Management of Land Transactions specifically (including at least 2 relating to sales, disposals, acquisitions, leasing and licensing of land).Two years’ practical and relevant experience of report writing.Further InformationLocation: City Hall, The Castle, Bangor.
