SEN Teaching Assistant at Leader Education – specialist independent education provider in High Wycombe. Salary: £24,570 – £25,935 per annum. Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. About The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils with SEMH and other additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, and communication difficulties. Working closely with teachers and therapists, you’ll help create a calm, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
