Key Responsibilities

As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of project delivery, ensuring successful execution of construction and engineering programmes. Your core duties will include:

Creating, managing, and maintaining programmes of works

, ensuring projects remain on time, on budget, and compliant with scope.

Overseeing

construction and engineering activities

from planning through delivery, ensuring technical standards are met.

Coordinating

design, engineering, and contractor teams

, fostering effective communication and risk management.

Monitoring project performance, providing progress reporting, and driving corrective actions as needed.

Ensuring compliance with

health, safety, and environmental regulations

in a controlled, secure environment.

Contributing to strategic planning and programme improvement within a long-term infrastructure framework.

Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Proven experience as a

Construction Project Manager

within

engineering-led or infrastructure projects

.

Strong technical understanding of

construction methodologies and engineering principles

.

Demonstrated ability to

create, run, and manage detailed programmes of works

using industry-standard tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multi-disciplinary teams.

Active CTC clearance

(or equivalent) – essential for immediate consideration.

Ability to

start promptly

, reflecting the contract’s fast-paced nature.
