With a strong presence in the market, we are committed to delivering exceptional financial solutions.The Role:MFS are recruiting a Junior Relationship Manager to join our team in Central London and provide an excellent level of customer service to both current, and former clients on future lending possibilities.Key Responsibilities:To engage with lapsed/former MFS borrowers with a view to funding current or future lending requirements.To engage with current MFS borrowers to assist with re-financing current loans and by switching them between current MFS products (retention).To act as a point of contact for existing borrowers within the MFS loan book with a view to supporting queries or additional borrowing requirements (reactive).To work closely with the loan portfolio management team to prioritise client engagement, based on loan positions and requirements.To assist in driving an increase in client retention and new lending with direct clients.Communicate with external stakeholders regarding the loan process, such as solicitors, QS, accountants, etc., where appropriate.Assist in the creation and delivery of incremental reports for the Head of Compliance and Senior ManagementCreate and deliver incremental reports for the Relationship Managers on key market trends and challenges.Maintain the detailed pipeline of future lending opportunities and activity.Person SpecificationPrevious experience in dealing with property finance.Experience in dealing with bridging loans and buy-to-let finance is desirable.At least 1-2 years of experience in a financial services role, ideally within a lending environment.Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.Demonstrable experience in processing and managing loan applications, including documentation and compliance.Why work for us?Be Part of a Dynamic and Growing CompanyAnnual salary review & regular appraisalsBonuses and IncentivesEnhanced Maternity and Paternity Leave PackageExclusive Employee Discounts at Leading Retailers (covering groceries, technology, and holidays)Ongoing Staff Training and Development OpportunitiesPrivate Medical Health Care with VitalityLife Insurance CoverageAdditional Day Off to Celebrate Your BirthdayEngaging Work Networking and Team Building EventNext Steps:Ready for an exciting career move?
