Deputy Nursery Manager – Roehampton (SW15) Company: Reeson Education (Recruitment Agency) About the Role Reeson Education is partnering with a well‑established nursery in Roehampton (SW15) to fill a long‑term Deputy Nursery Manager position with an immediate start. The role offers flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week. Responsibilities Support the Nursery Manager in the daily running of the setting Lead and supervise staff to ensure high‑quality care and education Oversee curriculum planning and implementation across age groups Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS standards Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals Qualifications & Experience Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a nursery Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Passionate about providing a nurturing and stimulating environment What the Nursery Offers Supportive and collaborative management team Professional development and progression opportunities A positive, welcoming environment with well‑resourced rooms Competitive pay based on experience Flexible working – 4 or 5 days a week (Mon‑Fri or Tue‑Fri) About Reeson Education Reeson Education is the UK’s premier recruitment agency, established in 2006 by experienced teachers and education professionals.
