Sales Administrator Hedin Automotive BMW is looking for a Sales Administrator to work alongside its BMW sales team. Your Role As the Sales Administrator, you will complete and process vehicle orders while ensuring all documentation is efficiently prepared for handover. You will support the sales teams to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction at all times. Main Duties Collate and record all new and used vehicle delivery information, using iDealFILE (electronic filing system) Check consignments against the orders Issue registrations for all sold new vehicles and process handover files for new and used vehicles Process sales invoices for all vehicles Check for accuracy on tax, non‑revenue items, deposits, and part exchanges Ensure audit compliance for RAV Profile Proven experience of working in a busy, fast‑paced administrative role, preferably in sales admin within the motor trade using IVS, Kerridge or Drive Strong IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with colleagues, senior management, BMW UK and other network staff Strong team player, keen to go the extra mile for colleagues and customers About Us Hedin Automotive is a well‑established BMW & MINI franchise with state‑of‑the‑art centres across North London, East London, and Kent.
