Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement measures to improve productivity, reduce errors, and minimize costs. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, conducting regular risk assessments and promoting a safe working environment. Train, mentor, and develop warehouse staff, providing clear instructions and constructive feedback. Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively, and ensure all equipment is well-maintained. Manage stock inventory, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies. Liaise with other departments, including transport and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. Handle operational issues and emergencies, implementing appropriate solutions to minimize disruption. Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including goods in/out, stock levels, and staff performance. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
