If you’ve answered yes, then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you, so why not read on for further details and get in touch now to avoid missing out The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for what we call a “Client and Contractor Care Administrator" to join our ambitious and motivated client and contractor care team to provide key support and guidance to all contract, client, and consultant services. The purpose of this role is to support our specialist recruitment consultants in the onboarding of agency workers, the formulation of contract documentation, and ongoing support to our clients across the recruitment lifecycle from an administrative perspective. The role You will work closely within the existing team to deliver essential client and contractor care administration services whilst ensuring adherence to compliance. Your duties and responsibilities will be: Contractor Care Services · Generate candidate contracts, amendments, and extensions in line with client requirements and ensure they are returned within the specified timescales. · Speak to clients and contractors to obtain all compliance and information needed for onboarding with our clients · Process all recruitment lifecycle administrative tasks in line with company processes. · Provide excellent customer service to applicants going through the recruitment journey, answering telephone and email queries, and guiding them through the onboarding process. · Compliance checks all documents provided by applicants, ensuring they meet our requirements. · Provide training to candidates on the use of the Bullhorn Onboarding Portal · Process all returned documents in line with the companies onboarding process. · Escalate any delays and/or concerns regarding a candidates file to the Client and Contractor Care Services Manager · Request and chase references. · Become an expert in the processes and systems that impact the contractor. Client Services · Ensure all client service level agreements are met. · Assist with completing client forms and client submission paperwork. · Adherence to bespoke client needs and compliance and continual updating of such needs. · Assist with the production and formatting of job descriptions. · Purchase Order Management · Building relationships and engaging with client contacts to aid with all queries. Consultant Services · Assist Consultants with CV preparation ensuring a high attention to detail and within the specified time scales. · Provide support to consultants as and when required. General responsibilities · A variety of recruitment related projects as and when required to support the continuous improvement of the recruitment service. · Ensure the CRM (Database) is up to date and the information contained is accurate. · Manage the departments inboxes effectively. · Support the Payroll Team in resolving queries relating to timesheets. · When required upload job adverts across the specified mediums, ensuring high attention to detail and in a timely manner. · Assist the Client and Contractor Care Services Manager in the maintenance and delivery of external software systems used. · Assist the Client and Contractor Care Services Manager in the designing, writing, and maintaining of an onboarding training guide for candidates. · Maintenance of the internal technical drive to ensure; in line with data protection requirements and that all files are current, valid, and stored appropriately and if appropriate moved to the CRM. · Work with the Client and Contractor Care Services Manager to develop systems and procedures to enhance the day-to-day running of the department and the service provided to Consultants, Clients, and Candidates · Reception covers as and when required. · Answer incoming calls, taking initiative to deal with client and candidate enquiries. You will have the following knowledge and skills. · Excellent Microsoft Office skills with ability to type at speed and accurately. · Excellent organising abilities · Attention to detail. · Self-motivated and used to working to deadlines. · Ability to assert oneself to ensure processes and procedures are followed.
