About the Brand Based in the heart of Manchester, our client is a thriving sportswear and athleisure brand with a bold digital presence and rapid online growth. This is your chance to be part of an exciting journey in a brand that values innovation, energy, and collaboration. The Role You’ll play a key role in driving ecommerce performance — supporting the Head of Trade and wider team to deliver an exceptional online experience and ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities Support daily trading activity across ecommerce sites. Launch content updates, campaigns, and promotions that drive engagement and sales. Use tools like GA4 and Shopify Analytics to deliver insight‑led recommendations. Collaborate with CRM to build customer loyalty and drive retention. Help optimise the onsite journey — improving navigation, storytelling, and conversion. Liaise with Tech & Product teams to brief, test, and enhance site functionality. What You’ll Bring 1+ year in an ecommerce or digital trading role. Hands‑on experience with Shopify (ideally Plus). Knowledge of CRM systems like Klaviyo, Hubspot, or Salesforce. Confident using data to influence decisions and boost performance metrics (CVR, AOV, revenue). A proactive, “get stuck in” mindset and passion for all things ecommerce.
