This role will see you partnering with one of the UK's largest grocery retailers to drive category growth and deliver joint business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Act as a key partner to a major UK grocery retailer and its subsidiaries, using category insight to support joint business growth Deliver objective, data‑led recommendations to drive distribution, share of shelf, and range optimisation Support range reviews, influence NPD plans, and shape in‑store execution through clear merchandising principles Analyse category performance, monitor market trends, and identify growth opportunities Generate meaningful shopper and category intelligence to inform decision‑making across the business Develop and execute compelling sell‑in stories for innovation and range extensions The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in Category Management within the FMCG sector Strong understanding of category dynamics, market trends, and consumer behaviour Proficiency in using market research tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, or Circana Experience in areas such as in‑store activation, shelf presence, or range reviews Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decisions through insight and storytelling Location: West London - 3 days office / 2 days home #J-18808-Ljbffr
