We are looking for a Experience Centre Producer to spearhead the creative and production needs of the London Hub Experience Centre. Through immersive storytelling, innovation showcases, and interactive environments, we bring the Nestlé brand and its values to life. Your key responsibilities of this role will include:Drive Innovation: Lead the creative and technical delivery of captivating events and experiences that seamlessly blend digital and physical elements, setting new standards in immersive storytelling.Be a Digital Pioneer: Act as a trailblazer for digital innovation, experimenting with cutting‑edge formats like AR/VR/3D and GenAI to elevate our offerings and inspire stakeholders.Maximise Impact: Harness the power of analytics to measure and optimise content performance, ensuring every experience delivers exceptional user experience and resonates with our audience.Forge Strong Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment and timely execution that exceeds expectations.Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives that enhance processes and outcomes, ensuring every event reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence.Streamline Content Creation: Conduct comprehensive content audits and develop efficient templates, transforming ideas into impactful experiences with ease.Organise for Success: Set up and manage a dynamic Content Management System (CMS) that keeps our content organized, accessible, and ready to shine.Collaborate for Greatness: Work hand‑in‑hand with cross‑functional teams to create engaging content that captivates visitors and drives results.Promote Our Vision: Partner with marketing to amplify the Experience Centre’s reach, showcasing the Nestlé brand.What will make you successful?You will have strong expertise in content creation and production, whether from an agency, in‑house, freelance, or production house environment, with a strong focus on both live and digital experiences.You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment.
