This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is passionate about private wealth disputes and wants to work in a collaborative, supportive environment. You will manage a varied caseload of contentious trusts and probate matters, including: Inheritance Act claims Executor and Trustee disputes Breach of trust claims Validity of Will challenges Claims relating to breach of Executor duties Other private wealth disputes You will work closely with clients, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice, while contributing to the team’s growth and success.
