This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is passionate about private wealth disputes and wants to work in a collaborative, supportive environment.You will manage a varied caseload of contentious trusts and probate matters, including:Inheritance Act claimsExecutor and Trustee disputesBreach of trust claimsValidity of Will challengesClaims relating to breach of Executor dutiesOther private wealth disputesYou will work closely with clients, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice, while contributing to the team’s growth and success.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle your own caseload under supervision, meeting billing and time-recording targetsDevelop strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client careSupervise junior team members and share knowledge through mentoring and trainingContribute to business development initiatives, including seminars, articles and networkingMaintain compliance with firm procedures and ensure accurate case managementRequirements2–5 years PQE with experience in contentious trusts and probate workStrong understanding of the Civil Procedure RulesCommercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solvingExcellent drafting skills and attention to detailAbility to manage deadlines and work effectively within a teamCompetent IT skills (Outlook, Word, case management systems)Benefits25 days holiday (plus birthday leave and bank holidays)Holiday buying schemeEnhanced maternity/paternity payPrivate healthcare and life assurancePension scheme and cycle-to-work schemeDiscounts on legal services and retail perksWhy Apply? xpwpeyx This role offers the chance to join a forward-thinking firm that values work-life balance, career development and inclusive culture.
