Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Graduate Property Manager to join our growing team in Staines‑upon‑Thames. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to build a rewarding career in property management, gaining hands‑on experience across residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Property & Tenant Management Act as a key point of contact for tenants, responding to queries and resolving issues professionally. Support tenant communications, including notices, updates, and renewals. Assist in managing day‑to‑day operations across HMOs, flats, and offices. Maintenance & Compliance Help schedule and track property maintenance, inspections, and safety checks. Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality repairs. Support compliance with property regulations and licensing requirements (particularly for HMOs). Administration & Record Keeping Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for property management activities. Assist in preparing reports, lease agreements, and documentation. Keep safety certificates, inspections, and compliance documents up to date. Financial Support Assist with processing invoices, rent payments, and related financial tasks. Support preparation of financial and management reports. Skills & Qualifications Recent graduate (Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred — open to all disciplines). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Willingness to learn property management systems and compliance processes. Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
