The Role As an Area Business Manager in the Continence Division, you will: Drive sales across acute, community, and nursing home settings. Identify and convert new opportunities within NHS trusts and other healthcare providers. Build and nurture strong relationships with clinical and procurement stakeholders. Deliver product training and support to healthcare teams. Meet and exceed sales targets while enhancing GBUK Group’s market reputation. Be a true pioneer – helping shape the division’s future strategy, processes, and success stories. What We’re Looking For Proven commercial sales experience (medical sales or healthcare background advantageous). Strong understanding of the NHS marketplace and decision-making pathways. A self-starter with a solutions-focused mindset and growth attitude. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
